Description

I wasn't going to submit this here (only on fb), but I wrote and considerably interesting description.

:rose:Colonial times, before 1776.

I think every nation grows up differently. For example, nowdays Argentina is 19 years old and Bolivia is 18, but Bolivia is older than Argentina (she as born first). And during the colonial era, she was also physically older than her.
It depends of how fast their development is. Bolivia (back then Alto Perú - Audiencia de Charcas? ) was a very rich and developed territory filled with numerous architectonic treasures and historic relics. The place itself had one of the wealthiest economies inside the Spanish domain: mostly due to the mining. Argentina was quite younger, considering she wasn't one of the most important territories until 1776 when the viceroyalty of River Plate was created (and that viceroyalty dragged Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay with her).
But why is Argentina now 'older' or 'more grown up' than Bolivia? It happened after the independence, when Argentina had a huge development both in the beggining and the late XIX century. Bolivia has since then struggled more with economic development for different reasons; one of them is the absence of sea.
Yeah, just wanted to show you my Colonial Bolivia design, changed her hairstyle a bit and referenced the dress (I added more details). Still have to show Uruguay </3

Both characters are mine. (Please don't copy my colonial designs, I will notice).
